Shipping Policy (South Africa only)
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Within South Africa
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only,
Delivery times typically range between 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service used. Remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Courier Services
Orders are delivered via reputable third-party courier partners. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us. Any additional costs incurred may be for the customer’s account.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at sell@essora.co.za within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and assist accordingly.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within South Africa.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, strikes, or force majeure events.
